Windows 11 Pro upgrade from store fails with 0xc004f050

I purchased an Acer laptop with Windows 11 Home preinstalled. Since I need BitLocker I want to upgrade to Win11Pro.I purchased an upgrade for S$ 199 on the online store. But when I try to install it fails with 0xc004f050. Which I understand implies that there is an issue with product key. Which doesn't make sense to me since it is new laptop and the upgrade was purchased at the online store.I have contacted Microsoft Support several times with a request to call me back. All tickets were marked as 'resolved' though no one ever contacted me.I don't have a product key for either versions of windo
