I purchased a new laptop with Windows 11 home on it. I immediately went to the Microsoft store and purchased the upgrade to Pro. (did this with 2 laptops at the same time). After the laptop installed the upgrade it said the product key is not valid and had the watermark in the bottom right hand corner. I checked by credit card statement and the charges went through but I have no key. The other laptop is functioning perfectly with the upgrade. There seems to be no way to contact microsoft to get customer service which is extremely frustrating since I did the upgrade directly on their store
