Install and upgrading from Windows 11 home to Pro on Dell laptop with OEM CD

Hi Microsoft Team,I have purchased a brand new Dell latitude 5450 that comes with Windows Home version only. I opted for an upgrade to Pro version from the reseller that I purchased the laptop from. They gave me an envelope with a product key sticker (Microsoft hologram sticker) and an OEM CD that is "Windows 11 Pro full version" and has labeled "intended for distribution with a new PC for product support.
