Windows 11 desktop PC - Sleep

When I try to put my PC to sleep manually, the screen turns off and if I move the mouse, it wakes back up without asking for my passcode. This just started happening as before it would ask for my passcode. Also, my RBG lights don't turn off so it's like it's not actually entering sleep mode. Any help would be appreciated.
