Why my computer doesn't completely sleep even if i click on sleep button?

A few days ago, I noticed that my PC isn't fully entering sleep mode. When I click the sleep button, the screen turns off, but the CPU and fans keep running. If I move the mouse or press a key, the PC instantly wakes up as if it never fully slept.I've tried most of the solutions available online, but the issue still persists. If anyone can help, I’d really appreciate it!
