Why wont my acer laptop complete download?

I updated some drivers on my laptop that required it to restart (it was working completely fine at that point) but once it restarted and went to the loading screen a small box would would pop up and disappear then it would take me to the updating screen for 5 seconds before going black and going to back to the acer loading screen you see when you normally start up the laptop and its been doing this on a loop. Ive tried to turn it off and back on but it does the same thing. Ive tried to press any key to make it stop but its like its on a continuous loop. I dont know what is happening as Ive don
