My laptop wont complete the factory reset startup

I have a acer predator triton 300se. I had a probelm where i was logging in to a black screen after i had exhausted all methods i decided to factory reset it, however when doing so it restarted asking me for my region, time zone, and language after selectingthe correct options it said "there is a problem thats keeping us from getting your pc ready, but we thunk an update will help get things working again.
