Ive tried everything. Why wont my PC boot ?

This morning i was shocked to see that i got the blue screen with the sad face The pc started diagnosing the issue and said it was a disk error In which it started solving saying “this may take an hour to fix” After a while the update finishes and it restarts but then the blue screen comes back and it gets to start up failed I press restart same thing happens i go advanced options did my research tried everything im telling you everything I used every command to fix boot i tried reseting the pc keeping my files i used cloud and local option It said it ran into a problem nothing changed
