User profile unavailable at login

Hello,Looking for some assistance. My sons PC has stopped showing his user profile as a login. The only login available is the admin account we set up. My sons profile appears in the user file and I have checked the user is enabled and 'Do not display last user name' is disabled.I have tried to set up a new account to then transfer the user profile across, but this also doesn't appear at log in screen.I'm after any assistance you can offer as am at a loss where to go now.Hoping someone can assist.Alan
