Web Sign-In defeats the Fast User Switching policy

Hi!We have a particular application which does not support multiuser environments. It is a very important application as it provides some corporate restrictions on the Windows device.We did set Hide Fast User Switching = Enabled with a Configuration Profile from Intune and the setting is applied successfully, meaning the Switch User from Windows Menu and Other User from login screen disappeared.But we discovered this is merely hiding login options for other users, not blocking it.
