Cannot use my Office for 365 Business Email as a login for a user account

I have a new Windows 11 pro PC. I had to set up with a local email address...and I read how I could connect my business/work account to this user account, which I did. I have an Office for 365 Business account.But what I would like to do is either set up my business email as a new user account...OR set a user login that is not an email address, but I cannot do that. When I go to user profiles and try to add a user, I enter my business email address with Office 365 it said the email address does not exist.How can I rectify this so I can set up a new user profile (as administrator) using my b
