I just bought a new laptop, and was working on setting it up. It was working fine for a while, until it crashed and I had to restart it. The initial restart happened when my computer crashed after I tried logging in to my microsoft account in the accounts in the settings. The screen on the sign in page seems to sometimes go between my windows dekstop background and a generic one, and it now has my name as my microsoft account profile rather than the computer user that it displayed when it was working, so I think it has to do with the microsoft account.
