Unable to sign in.

[Windows 11]

I was rebooting my pc then when prompted to sign in, it doesn't read my fingerprint. When I use my password, it tells me my device is offline and when connected to the net it just keeps on loading and tells me to use a different sign in option. Now I can't access my pc and when I try to enter safe mode booting using shift restart, it doesn't boot on safe mode. I'm using windows 11. Can someone please help.
