Stuck on shut down screen

[Windows 11]

Usually, when i click on shut down, i have an app still open and windows ask me '' are you sure you want to shut down as some programs are still running'' but it gone after 1/2 seconds and shut down, but this time it didn't, it stil the same app (Razer synapse), but it gets stuck like 10-15 seconds and after gets back on lock screen.Why is that ? Is it bad ? Like can i get some windows files corrupted or it's okay ?
