Restart/Shutdown failure due to Disk

[Windows 11]

I encountered this problem while trying to restart my HP laptop yesterday, it got stuck in forever loop loading, I waited for 10-15 minutes then shut down it forcefully (WIN+X+Power). Soon after that I noticed that it doesn't able to even shut down from windows UI too, it got stuck in infinite loop loading. Thus, I only left up with force shut down and turn on options.
