My laptop isn't shutting down, restarting automatically

Laptop: Asus VIVOBOOK 14Model: X515JAProblem:No matter which way I power it off (pressing power button/holding power button/selecting shutndown/shutdown shortcut) after it shuts down completely, It restarts by itself and shows the lock screen.Expected:Stay shut down until I turn it on myself.Extras: Recently the keyboard is having issues too, pressing "g" causes typing "gf" and some keys doesn't work easily.
