Computers shutting down while in sleep mode

I have multiple users' computers shutting down while they are in sleep mode. Fast Startup is enabled for some of these computers, but not all. They are running Windows 10 & Windows 11. The shutdown can vary, some may lock their computer, walk away, and it shuts down within an hour of entering sleep mode. Other times, it can be a few hours until it shuts down.Any input on why this may be happening suddenly?
