Headphones built-in microphone isn't working anywhere except for Discord

I tried a lot of things already but nothing seems to work (updating drivers, checking the sound settings, restarting, unplugging, lots more but it's too many for me to remember) It also seems that it affected my laptop microphone itself, somehow. I tried recording and it's nothing but garbage noise or just flat out no noise on both microphones. It's watery and distorted. The laptop microphone picks up SOME noise now, though. What can I even do??? I would very heavily appreciate a somewhat quick responce because I have a thing planned that requires my microphone.
