Dell Latitude 5450 camera is not working

Hi all.I am in the process of building brand new Dell Latitude 5450 laptops and there is a major issue with the Camera and need some help in resolving this.The laptops are rebuild to Windows 10 and the camera is not working correctly. It will show in the built in Camera App but when using Teams the camera is detected but no image is shown from the camera, just a black box. Then on a video call the call the Video enable webcam is crossed out.All the privacy options for Camera and Microphone are set to allow, it even says Teams is using the camera, as of yet no-one has found the cause to resolve
