Camera not working on HP EliteBook

[Windows 10]

The camera is detected in Device Manager.Tested with default Windows 10 driver, HP driver and MS USB Video Device driver.When I start the Camera App in Windows 10 the app either freezes og flicks the black image. In the meantime I can see that the camera disappears from the Device Manager and Device Manager keeps updating the devices - but never shows the camera.As soon as I quit the Camera App, the Device Manager finds the camera again.The Windows is a standard installation and any sort of apps that could use/manipulate with the camera has been removed.Tried deleting the device and driver and
