Account email has been disabled

Hello,I had setup my laptop last year with my business email account. However, the domain provider has disabled the domain as they no longer support domain hosting. Now, I cannot get an authentication to my email. So, I decided to go with a new host. But, I cannot get into my laptop as the pin at login is tied to the Microsoft Account for the business email account, which, cannot get email anymore. How do I get around this without blowing all my saved files on my laptop.
