Change Windows Login from Personal Email to Business Email

I purchased a new laptop for a consulting practice that I was starting. When I was setting up the laptop, which was purchased using my personal email account,I used my personal email address as the Windows login. I subsequently obtained a domain from Microsoft and a subscription to Microsoft 365. When I now login to my laptop, which is my personal email, it recognizes all of my personal Microsoft licenses and subscriptions (e.g., Microsoft 365 Family, Onedrive, etc.).
