Yet more microphone/headset problems with Windows 11. Why does Windows periodically forget my Headphones have a microphone yet Macs and phones don't? Bluetooth Skullcandy Hesh ANC 2s. They work flawlessly with everything else but not Windows because after years, Microsoft still can'r design an operating system that actually works well enough.This is an impediment on my job too.I just removed the device and rediscovered and paired it. Imagine my surprise when it no longer recognises the mic at all now but chooses a different mic (which I cannot swap). Please tell me how I fix this.
