Yellow border issue

Hello everyone,For the past month, I've noticed a persistent issue where a yellow border appears around my screen whenever I open browsers. I believe this border might be visible when recording the screen, although I haven't intentionally started any recordings. I've checked that the Snipping Tool recording is off. Could someone please help me resolve this issue?Thank you!
