my pc has this yellow border and its not obs i dont have obs it looks like its coming from the monitor

my pc has this annoying yellow tint around the screen of my monitor i want some help fixing this this just happened today yesterday it did not occuri just want some help fixing this issue and i also do not have obs studio.
