Windows11 Update Stuck

Yesterday 11th of March I attempted to install the new cumulative Update KB5053598. After downloading it got stuck installing at 93%. After around 15 minutes or so I Iost patience and clicked restart. When it had started the restart process it showed the usual black screen with "Updates are under way, please do not turn off your computer".After taking an unusual amount of time (at least 20 minutes) to finally start up again, I checked settings/windows updates/update history, and the update was there showing as successfully installed.
