Windows tried to update, now my computer won't boot

Hi! Yesterday my computer tried to update Windows 10 and it never worked before (it tried a few times in the past) but now I'm stuck in what I think is the boot menu.When turning my computer on, I end up in the "Windows boot manager". I have 2 options under "choose an operating system to start" and they are both called "windows 10 home (recovered)". I tried both, and they both give me the status 0xc0000428. I also have the option "To specify an advanced option for this choice, press F8". When I press F8, I go back to the page with the 0xc0000428 code. The only option left is to press ESC.
