Windows won't boot

[Windows Server]

My PC recently crashed. Now, when booting, it tries automatic repair, but fails. It only gives me the option to shut down or view advanced options. Reset this PC fails (both options). Will not boot in safe mode. Will not load a system restore point. Uninstalling updates & features fails. All I can do is load up the command prompt. Any advice on how to recover from this please?
