Windows stuck on “features” screen. Update i think

This is my second day of having a pc, it all started when i turned it off last night after going to bed. I turned it off fully which probably made the update go on as it was supposed to be done. Come back today to turn it on and at first it stayed on the manufacturer logo for a long time which i didn’t think was normal irl if it is. I turned it off and on again and it automatically goes into repair mode in which i press “Advanced options > Continue (Exit and continue to W11)”. I turn it back on again and it says the following for a very brief amount of time: “Updates are underway, please ke
