Windows Locks at 100% battery charge

So, there was some electricity problems in the area i was living in at that time and i was playing a game and suddenly the power went off from the whole district, unfortunately i wasn't able to close the laptop and wait for the power to comeback so i kept playing until the laptop went 0% charge and locked itself (blue screen with locking).After that day, whenever the laptop's battery reaches 100% the laptop locks itself, screen is off (black screen) but the power is still on (fans and keyboard lights), i also can't restart the laptop from the power button.
