So about 2 months ago I was using Windows 10 and I reset my computer, but chose to keep my files. The file explorer kept freezing. The reset seemed to fix it. Then I upgraded to 11. Now anytime Windows Hello pop up appears it freezes the application that started it. So If I open my password manager and try to sign in with Windows pin it freezes the password manager and I have to use task manager to shut it down. If I try to set up a passkey on Chrome the same thing happens. Only way to get it to go away is to force close Chrome. I tried waiting it out, it never loads.I really don't want to res
