Windows fails to boot after 24H2 Update.

Before this it was a normal recovery screen, I tried to automatic repair it multiple times but it didn’t work, after that I ran sfc /scannow, it found corrupted files but after restarting it booted into the recovery environment again, I restarted my laptop, entered bios menu then tried to system restore thru hard drive, after that it shows the kernel failure.
