Windows fails to boot

I am on w10 my computer keeps failing to boot, when it does so I within 20 minutes get the error “critical process failed” or along the lines of…I have ran sfc /scannow and it said it fixed forgot files but my issues still persist, I tried running it again now I am unable to boot at all and am met with the error windows resource protection could not perform the required action” after reaching “verification 100% complete”I have tried resetting windows and am met with the error failed to reset… (or along the lines of…)
