Windows Explorer (aka File explorer) crashes in Windows 11

This Windows 11 bug can be reproduced on any Windows 11 version.I have a zip file created in Linux.I needed to update zipped content, so I unzipped zip file, updated content and tried to zip it back...Well, the explorer.exe process crashed, and was restarted by OS (Win11).I traced it down to all zipped files (aka zipped entries) did not have Date/Time and had 0 values instead in zip central directory (0x50 0x4B 0x01 0x02) as well as in local file headers (0x50 0x4B 0x03 0x04).I noticed that when after unzipping a file all dates were shown as year of 1601 in File Explorer.Since zip algorithm se
