Windows decides it wont display to my second Monitor, why?

So one day randomly my second monitor starting flickering, eventually not displaying at all. Now I know my monitor is ok because when I restart my pc, it displays to my second monitor the bootup screen before switching back to my main monitor. This would mean the connection is ok, the screen is ok. However after booting up and trying to switch my the secondary, extend to my secondary, or try to display to it in any way at all. Windows will not display to this monitor. What could be causing this?I'm using a Geforce GTX 1650 Graphics card
