Windows 11 updates USB HeadPhone detection issue

We are experiencing USB headphone detection issues with Windows 11, the USB device keep connecting and disconnecting continuously. We tested this with multiple USB headphones devices like Logitech, Plantronics, Jabra, etc. We have done many troubleshooting steps mentioned in multiple articles (Microsoft/DELL/HP/Lenovo) but nothing help. If we re-installed a fresh windows 11 on it then it starts working normally again. The issue repeats after running few days.
