Windows 11 Bluetooth headphone reconnect and connect continuously

Hi all, I have a V14-ADA Laptop (Lenovo) - Type 82C6 with windows 11 and I am experiencing this problem for several months. When I want to connect bluetooth headphones (marshall 4), it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Bluetooth has been reactivated, it has been uninstalled and later reinstalled, I have updated the bios, I have updated everything it requires. I set from device manager that the bluetooth does not turn off automatically, I have no idea what else to do to it.
