Windows 11 update error "0x80070003" when trying to install the update "KB5053598", How can I fix that ?

I tried downloading the updates from microsoft catalogue and install it directly.I tried using "Add-WindowsPackage -Online -PackagePath -NoRestart" Command.I tried Windows update troubleshoot tool.Nothing seems to work. Can you help me fix the issue ?
