Windows 11 stuck on "Just A Moment..."

Today, I decided to explore my computer settings out of curiosity to see if there was anything I could personalize. While doing so, I attempted to add a guest account to my PC. However, when I clicked on the option to add an account, a small pop-up appeared saying "Just a moment...". The process never progressed beyond this point.I tried several things, including closing the Settings app, forcing it to close via Task Manager, and even restarting my computer.
