Screen stuck on Just a moment!

Hi!I had the Blue Screen Bitlocker issue, I tried everything to solve it, it kept cancelling the reset option. I succeeded to reset after using the repair option from myasus.During the reset I encountered the OOBEEULA ERROR, which i solved with a command prompt I found on YouTube and now my screen is stuck on Just a moment! for an hour. Is it safe to forceshutdown? Are there other solutions?I just bought this laptop from the Asus official site, it came with installed OS. I used it only for a couple of hours and when i opened it today this happened.
