Windows 11 download problem

I am an advanced linux user. I have a dual boot, and I want to reinstall windows 11 using this link Download Windows 11 . My problem is when I try to install it with an assistant (first link on the site), it finds a problem with TCM module and says my PC isn't suitable for Win 11 (I'm currently on Win 11 so it doesn't make any sense). But I'm not going to make any changes in UEFI or add more security to this Windows 11 instance - I'm going to reinstall it anyway.
