Can't download windows 10 or windows 11

Hello dear Microsoft assistant I have issue with my windows, I can't re install it or install the windows 11I tried to download windows 10 first but it didn't allow meThen i tried to download windows 11 from the assistant on your respective website, all went good the download and installation but when did restart it show's 0% then it just restart and open windows 10 again (this happen after i stopped the pc in middle of installation (in the assistant) but it didn't work afterwards i tried to delete and re download the assistant but the same ) I believe this is due to i have corrupt windows fil
