Windows 11 - "C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is not available...." Passcode does not allow access

I rebooted my laptop last night and now have error message "C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is not available...." When I attempt to enter my passcode, it is immediately reject with error "the user p[rofile service service failed the sign-in. user profile cannot be loaded." I have run sfc /scannow, chkdsk E: /f /r, and more I tried to boot into safemode, but I can only access the Recycle bin. I can get into File Explorer for a few seconds but then kicked out. Right click does not work. I cannot access CMD from safemode, no option for safemode with command prompt. System
