Windows 11 24H2 forced update keeps crashing out of nowhere

If I'm using the chrome it crashes. If I'm using the windows explorer it creashes. If I'm doing some work on office it crashes. If I'm waiting for anything to complete, after some time the pc shutsdown and restart. Why would Microsoft impose an update that doesn't work. What are you trying to do, Microsoft? End up for all for windows users? Will we have to use Mac/Lunix/anything that works?
