Windows 11 Update version 24H2 error 0x800700c1 keeps occuring

I've been trying for months to update my computer with the windows update version 24H2 and it just keeps failing, even trying to reinstall windows keeps failing through the recovery menu. In the update history it has like "update 24H2(10)" implying its saving the files every time I attempt an update. This is completely frustrating and everything I try either doesn't work or just doesn't respond and I'm at a loss and my computer is starting to struggle in other fields.
