Windows 10 update has locked up my laptop. There is an error when I'm trying to sign in "Something happened and your PIN isn't available"

My computer has been locked since I installed a Windows update yesterday morning, 12-11-24. I cannot get passed the lock screen my PIN isn't "available" and my password does not work. I want to uninstall the update however I cannot access the option or anything else on my computer. I have tried various fixes from involving shutting down and restarting....nothing works. I don't know what else to do since my options are limited to shut-down and restart. Anybody that has fixed this problem please respond. Thank you in advance!Pamela
