I have a new laptop and set every thing up ok. The next day when i switch on the computer I get the message "Something has happened and your pin isn't available. We have sent a code to your email xxx". They have sent a code to my correct email, but the email has not arrived. I have checked everything. My internet is working, it is not in junk. Why is the email not coming through?
