Windows 10 22H2 stuck at a black screen with bootloader spinner

When my dad turned on his PC, it suddenly bluescreened (Unfortunately, he forgot the bluescreen error code), and after that, it's just stuck on the bootscreen, but without the windows logo and just the spinner. Since I am his son, I tried fixing it.
