How do I fix Windows 10 black screen with cursor?

I needed to get some files off of my old computer, but after windows is loading, it just stays in a black screen with mouse cursor instead of the login screen. I have two monitors connected, and when it goes to the black screen, both monitors are active (I can move the mouse cursor on both) but after a few minutes, the second monitor turns off (sleeps due to no input signal). This problem occured after updating (some smaller update after 22H2). I have left it on for a day but no change. How do I get to the desktop?
