window recovery mode and reset is not working and pc is not booting up

So the problem started like this-I am having some issues with my pc such as black screen so i decided to reset my pc with keeping my files but the option is not working in the settings .then i saw some ideas on net and enable my reset option through command prompt using reagentc /enable command and it works so i put my pc on reset as the process started in middle of it the light goes off and pc switched off and when i switch on my pc it shows some errors with reset the show a message box that reads there are some problem resetting your pc click yes to restart the reset process and i follow tha
